Appointment Setter

Job Overview: Maalgr are representing a busy legal/ financial services business based in Hamilton who are seeking an Appointment Generator to join their team. As an Appointment Generator, you will be responsible for generating leads and setting appointments for their sales team. This is a crucial role in the sales process, as you will be the first point of contact for potential customers.

Duties: - Conduct appointment setting calls to prospective customers - Engage in telemarketing activities to generate appointments - Utilise software and tools to manage and track leads - Communicate effectively with potential customers to understand their needs and schedule appointments - Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions and appointments in Salesforce or similar CRM system

**Skills**:

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience in telemarketing sales or appointment setting is preferred

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
