A great opportunity for an experienced Legal Secretary to provide administrative support for the firms busy and successful Private Client Team in their Wareham office. The role is for a progressive firm with multiple offices across the south. Long established it has strong presence in most practice areas.
**Responsibilities**:
- Comprehensive secretarial and administrative support
- Interacting with clients and addressing queries
- Managing schedules and appointments
- Generating documents using digital dictation
- Organising and upkeeping filing and record systems
- Capable of performing under pressure
- Effective communication skills
- Dedication to consistently prioritise the client's best interests
- Proficiency in typing, including audio transcription, is highly valued
- Essential IT skills
