Sales Negotiator

Established in 1922 Satchells Estate Agent are a family-owned independent firm offering a wide range residential and commercial property services from our network of 6 High Street offices across Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire.

Our range of services include residential sales and lettings, commercial property sales and lettings, Land and New Home Developments, blocks of flats and estate management, along with commercial property management and professional services, which includes, lease renewals, rent reviews, leasehold enfranchisement.

We currently seek an experienced sales negotiator to join our sales teams in Biggleswade.

The successful applicant will need to demonstrate the following attributes,
- At least 2 years’ experience in a sales department role, ideally in estate agency, but other sales backgrounds will be considered
- An understanding of the selling process of residential property
- Sales chasing
- The ability to manage instructions
- Build rapport with clients and solicitors
- Be forward thinking
- Show attention to detail

Working structure:

- Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm
- One Saturday in three 9am to 5pm
- One bank holiday per annum, with day off in lieu

Pay:

- Subject to yours and the team’s performance we envisage a gross pay for the year to be circa £30-35k. This is made up of basic salary, commission, incentive pay and bonus.
