**Worktime**:
Monday - Friday 7am - 5pm,

Alternate Saturday (work from home) 7am-12pm

**Job Duties**:
Providing a first class customer experience to customers through face to face and telephone.

Respond to the individual needs of each customer, identifying and clearly understanding the requirements of their enquiry.

Advising customers on the correct information regarding our products.

Ensure information and customer interactions are accurately recorded.

Scheduling of vehicles and liasing with drivers.

**Qualifications / Experience**:

- Strong Customer service experience dealing with customers face to face and over the telephone
- Proficient in use of IT packages including MS office.
- Excellent organisational & communication skills.

**Salary**: From £10.95 per hour
