**Mount Charles have an exciting opportunity for a Cleaning Operative to join our Team in Hyster, Portadown.**

**Working Pattern**:

- 25 hours per week
- Monday to Friday
- Between the hours of 11.00am
- 4pm
- Five days out of seven

**The Role**:

- Providing the highest level of housekeeping/Cleaning service within your area of responsibility in line with the clients’ specifications
- Responding positively, politely and promptly to all customer requirements and carry out your duties in a professional and courteous manner
- Ensuring all stocks are replenished in your area of responsibility
- Ensuring regular checks are carried out to the equipment/machines used during hours of work and all the equipment is left clean and in good working order at the end of your shift, reporting any defects to your Line Manager
- Making yourself familiar with and follow all company procedures and regulations
- Participating in the Health and Safety Policy of the company and report any dangers, near misses or hazards you encounter to your Line Manager
- All offices, toilets, etc and amenity areas to be presented in a clean and tidy
- Supervision and responsibility of staff to complete daily duties, and cleaning audits
