**Title**
Part Time - Mail Despatcher / Stock assistant
**Summary**
Label Planet’s offices are on the Alvaston Business Park in Nantwich. We supply blank sheets of self-adhesive labels nationally, from orders placed via our company web site.
The successful applicant would be working as part of a small team, including the business owners, on our first-floor offices.
This part time permanent job involves picking orders and preparing post for despatch. Plus, daily stock control.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
Hours
1.00 to 5.00 Mon to Fri (Extra hours available)
**Duties**
Picking and packing label orders from stock and preparing them for dispatch / collection.
Generating the required click and drop labels and documentation for Royal mail despatches.
Preparing daily restock orders for suppliers.
**Responsibilities**
To ensure that our mail is accurate and despatched on time with the designated carrier service.
To ensure orders are correctly picked and packed.
To make sure orders are placed to replenish our label stocks.
Other office duties as required.
**Qualifications & Skills**
Meticulous with high level of attention to detail.
Computer literate. Good Mental arithmetic.
Good Basic education to probably to “A” level.
Further education an advantage.
**Experience**
Mailroom or despatching an advantage.
Office admin experience essential.
Confident and happy person, living locally.
**Salary & Benefits**
£12.00 per hour

Additional hours available at busy times.
