I'm looking for Trades, multi trades and handy persons. Working on social housing Voids and refits, in the Leicester Area.

Full Time work on a self employed basis.

Mon-fri 8am-4pm straight or

Mon-fri 8-4.30 With 30 minute break

Must have own tools and transport preferably a van.

Working on multiple contracts for some of the largest housing associations in the West Midlands ongoing for at least 3 years.

Pay rates are dependent on skills and experience. Paid 2 Weekly.

Also looking for apprentice's learning a trade or trades. We will assist you in gaining the experience you need.

Immediate starts available.

**Salary**: £100.00-£160.00 per day

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekend availability
