**JOB SUMMARY**

To develop and strengthen the group treasury function, in order to ensure the provision of timely, accurate and appropriate financial and non-financial decision support information to the board, executive and senior management teams, as well as rolling-out strategic funding initiatives to enhance the group liquidity. Strong member of the finance organisation, developing into a strong business partner to the group CFO

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Develop the group treasury function in order to optimize the visibility on St and LT cash needs and resources and improve the liquidity if the Group
- Responsible for the weekly update of the ST treasury forecast (16 weeks) and LT cashflow forecast based on a model combining ST BS unwinding and longer term forecast
- Supervise the AP team, and approves the payment runs
- Implementation of Treasury KPIs allowing to understand the cash generation, the liquidity, the headroom in the loan covenants, and levers to influence the ultimate Net debt / cash
- Leads the implementation of a new section dedicated to treasury in the Board reporting pack
- Develops strategies to optimise liquidity through working capital management and optimization plans, based on ST as well as LT actions (influencing and changing the contracted terms)
- Drives incremental improvements of the predictability and accuracy of estimations
- Strategies including but not limited to: o Sale & leaseback o Non recourse factoring o IP financing
- Defines the ROI standards for investments, and supports the analysis of investment / capex major projects
- Stands as the reference partner of the financing parties (bank, factoring )

**EXPERIENCE / EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS**
- Qualified Accountant with current technical knowledge or strong academic background
- 2 to 3 years experience in a treasury function
- Strong commercial acumen
- Excellent analytical skills
- Credibility and confidence to deal with executive and senior management.
