We have a brilliant opportunity to join our friendly and dynamic team at Ferrari Swindon in the role of General Sales Support. This role is a fantastic opportunity to grow your skillset in a hands-on and exciting role with the prospect of future career progression within the group.

When joining our team at Ferrari Swindon we will be committed to offering you a tailored training programme both from Ferrari and the Dick Lovett Group to equip you with all the skills and confidence you need to do your job well - if you have the work ethic and drive, we can teach you everything else you need to know for this role.

We are looking for someone who can support our Sales team in a range of duties with enthusiasm and a can-do attitude.

You will be managing our online “shop window” in this role. Taking photos of the cars and telling their unique stories to attract new enquiries. You will be keeping on top of our website adverts and will ensure our listings stand out from the crowd.

The presentation of the showroom is just as important as our online presence, so part of your responsibilities will be to ensure the cars on display are immaculately presented and that the cars going out for handovers are displayed beautifully for customer collections.

The Sales Support role is a vitally important one as you will interact with many different members of staff from different departments to ensure that the customer gets the best experience possible.

A love of cars and motorsport would assist you well in this role where you can develop your knowledge of all things Ferrari. This will include the cars, accessories, prices, and even what competitors are up to, to make sure that you are able to provide the best service to our customers.

We are looking for someone who can fit in to our friendly culture here in Swindon and be willing to go the extra mile to help the team. Our General Sales Support will provide administrative and practical support to all areas of the business, so this is a fantastic opportunity to grow your skills.

Whilst previous experience in a similar role is not essential, this particular role will suit somebody with a background in hospitality, retail or customer service. Experience of writing adverts or creative writing would also aid you in this position.
