**Job Overview**:
The Recruitment Specialist will work alongside the Director of People and the wider People Team in ensuring first class people centric support to the business.

As a Recruitment Specialist you will have broad HR and/or recruitment-based experience. This role would suit someone looking for a move from recruitment agency to internal recruitment.

You will approach work with a compassionate attitude displaying excellent communication skills and encouraging others to do the same. You will be solution focused and not afraid to raise your hand and challenge the status quo.

**Responsibilities & Duties**:
**Resourcing**
- Working with internal stakeholders to identify recruitment needs.
- Company Ambassador at job fairs/recruitment events.
- Working with external providers to identify recruitment solutions.
- Employer of Choice Champion working with the Director of People and the wider team to achieve accreditations and awards in this space.
- Work with the Director of People to manage apprenticeships in the business.

**Learning and Development**
- Coaching and developing people managers in recruitment related areas.
- Supporting on Talent Management and Succession Planning initiatives as appropriate.
- Support with the development of the People Assistant and HR Apprentice.

**Ad Hoc Duties**
- Support other team members and departmental tasks as required by the business.
- KPI reporting as required.

**Knowledge**

Essential
- Demonstrable experience in recruitment and talent management.
- Ability to problem solve and influence decision making.
- Experience of working in a small HR team.
- Handling recruitment campaigns on a medium scale.

Desirable (but not essential)
- CIPD Level 5 or equivalent
- High volume recruitment campaigns
- Experience in the housing/homelessness/support sector
