**DIGITAL PATTERN CUTTER (Gerber)**

Job: Full-time
Location: London, UK (Bermondsey)

NO UNIFORM is currently looking for a Digital Pattern Cutter to support the development and production team with any ongoing pattern work. Development & alterations of sampling and production patterns, alongside grading styles where needed.

You will report into the Head of Product development, working alongside the garment technicians and Product development and Production team.

**Developing new pattern**:

- Digital pattern cutting using Gerber.
- Creating new patterns, working on already existing patterns, alterations, etc.
- Digitizing paper pattern.
- Suggesting finishing solutions.
- Finalising production pattern, including technical information.
- Grading, where requested.

**Working alongside the Studio team**:

- Communication with external digital pattern cutters, where needed.
- Communication with Gerber in regards to hard
- and software maintenance.
- Maintaining the pattern archive (paper and digital).
- Working collaboratively with other pattern cutters, tailors, cutters.
- Problem solving with machinists and PD & Production team to establish best method of construction for elaborated garments.
- Maintaining a high level of quality control for pattern and pattern alterations.
- Attending fittings where needed.

**Skills / Experience**:

- Experience in pattern cutting & grading.
- Use of Gerber.
- Microsoft package experience (Outlook, Word, Excel.
- Fashion related studies.

**Salary**: £38,000.00-£43,000.00 per year
