Forensic Liaison Practitioner

There is an opportunity for a position as a Forensic Liaison Practitioner within the Criminal Justice and Forensic Team (CJAF) in the Bridgend Locality.

The role offers a high level of liaison and autonomy with other services (Police, Probation) and support for those patients requiring support within the Criminal Justice System and wider Ministry of Justice sectioned Patients/Service Users.

In addition to this is the support and management of Custody Liaison Staff, liaison and advice within the CMHT and other appropriate mental health services. The representation of the CJAF Team at professional meetings, Multi-Disciplinary Teams, MAPPA and other appropriate meetings related to the Mental health service.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply
