**VWS Westgarth**
VWS Westgarth Ltd is part of Veolia Water Technologies group and is reported through this parent. Veolia Water Technologies (VWT) is in turn part of Veolia Environnement SA (VE), a French multinational business.

VWS Westgarth Ltd, whose main office is in East Kilbride, Scotland, is a specialist in water treatment systems for the offshore energy sector. We are the world leader in the Sulphate Removal Process, which is a seawater treatment system for the offshore industry and we are also specialists in treatment systems for oilfield produced waters. Our main offshore markets are currently West Africa and South America, where we also undertake the management responsibility for offices in Luanda and Rio de Janeiro.
Our main offshore markets are currently Guyana, the Gulf of Mexico, Angola and Brazil. VWS Westgarth employs more than 160 staff within its own offices, who work closely with a number of other global Veolia business units on a regular basis.

**The Role**
- To co-ordinate and produce project plans and associated documents and reports (“S” curves, Histograms, Tabulated resource/progress data)
- Ensure all services and deliverables meet Company, Client and Project requirements.
- To promote good working relations with the planning team, other project departments and client representatives
- Commitment to and promotion of Veolia‘s values and ensuring the realisation of company and project health, safety, environmental, quality and ethics, systems, policies and procedures
- Assisting with the developing and maintaining of Project Planning and Costing processes to meet VWS Westgarth Business requirements
- Support priority management including the use of Kanbans
- Ensuring adequate levels of understanding and competence within the broader business in the use of EVA/EVM systems, tools and reports

**Essential Professional Qualities**
- HNC or equivalent
- Previous planning experience, responsible for large-sized projects or large sized-sub-element of a major project
- Proficient in Primavera P6
- IT/Computer literate with experience in MSP and Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
