Savills are currently looking for a bold, talented Senior Digital Designer to work within Savills Creative Studio.

This is an exciting new role within the Brand & Insights team. We are looking for someone to push, advise and drive the digital creative solutions for the business, putting us ahead of our competitors.

You will play a pivotal role in converting detailed briefs into visually impactful and creative solutions, whilst driving the digital output of not only the creative team but also Savills.

You’ll get to showcase your creativity by coming up with concepts that visually bring to life Savills Marketing campaigns, client requirements and driving Savills forward digitally.

Advising on the best digital solutions for the business and educating the business, including the Marketing teams, on the current digital trends within the wider industries.
Directing and motivating more junior team members to help them hone their skills and eye for creative excellence is a must, as is mentoring, coaching and ensuring that development plans are followed.

You will also be responsible for supporting the Senior Brand Management & Creative Services Manager to set-up and establish the new team processes and ways of working, as well as building the plans and activities for the team. You will also proactively identifyskill set gaps and identify development areas to make sure that we are continually improving our process, ways of working and ability to deliver creative excellence for our internal and external clients.

What we need from you:

- To act as an ambassador for the new Creative Services Team model, to challenge constructively established ways-of-working and look for more efficient and more effective ways of delivering creative excellence
- To be a key leader within the Creative Services team, managing the Digital Designers, supporting their growth and development plans
- Track record of working to detailed brand guidelines on multiple projects for digital implementation with an eye for detail, a deep understanding of layout and typography and a creative mindset.
- A deep understanding of the business strategy & our clients
- Experience working as a digital designer within a creative team (agency or in-house) at Senior level
- A strong portfolio showing the breadth of digital design capabilities (static and motion).
- Strong experience of editing and animating videos to agency standard - After Effects & Premiere Pro skills + Ceros experience an advantage
- Strong Motion graphics, Adobe XD & animation experience
- Website creation, data room creation, animated assets
- Outstanding leadership and organisation skills
- Working closely with the Workflow Manager to ensure that the right people for the creative projects are being utilised
- Be a guardian of the Savills brand to bring greater consistency and improve the quality of our creative output
- Be a clear communicator, and use storytelling techniques to present creative ideas to peers and senior management
- Provide regular updates to Senior Directors on progress of the team
- Being open to receiving and giving feedback
- Take ownership of your development and ensuring your skill set remains at the forefront, be hungry, curious and eager to continuously improve
- Be collaborative and open to ideas
- Supporting the vision for the Brand Management & Creative Services team
- Minimum of 2 days / week in a designated Savills office
