**The Role**

We are currently seeking Refuse Loaders for a large organisation based in Reading (Padworth).

As a refuse loader you will be required to be physically fit as there is a lot of walking and some heavy lifting, you will be working outdoors in all weathers.

This is a fantastic opportunity to get your foot in the door of a national waste management company with great career prospects, which is a temp to perm position.

**The Role**
- Collection of refuse and garden waste materials from residential areas.
- Must be able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
- Provide general advice and guidance to customers when required.
- Follow strict health and safety regulations.

**Work Pattern**
- £11.68 - Monday to Friday 6am start
- £14.00 Overtime
- (approximately 8 hour day)

**Requirements**:

- Must have safety boots
- Must be able to commit to Monday to Friday hours
- Good English and communication skills
- Must be physically fit
- Reliable
- Self-motivated and organised.
