**Introduction**

On The Rocks is a proud distributor specializing in frozen food, ice cream and chilled wholesale. With a strong focus on customer service, we always try and deliver our products in a systematic way. We have a strong distribution network meaning we can deliver 6 days a week and offer next day delivery where possible. We service small independent shops right through to large wholesalers and buying groups, as well as several famous high street brands. Our multi-temperature supply chain gives our customers full consolidation of frozen, ambient, and chilled products on the same delivery, which makes life easier for them and is a point of difference.

Due to an exciting period of growth, we are growing our team with people who can efficiently work in team, follow processes & systems.

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- Great phone/communication skills and a professional phone etiquette
- Basic computer skills
- A professional attitude
- Demonstrate good objection handling skills
- Work well in a fast paced, competitive environment
- Able to work effectively without being micro-managed

**Key Tasks / Duties**:

- Follow up on customer enquiries
- Explain our products to potential customers
- Handle customer questions
- Schedule appointments for our sales representatives to meet prospective customers
- Reach and exceed weekly targets

Pay consists of a basic wage, plus bonuses, incentives and holiday pay.

**IMMEDIATE INTERVIEWS AND STARTS**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £10.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
