We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative at our, purpose-built premises in Louth, Lincolnshire. Hours of work will be Monday to Friday - 37.5 hours per week with 30 minutes for lunch each day. We may require you to work Saturday mornings, as per the demands of the business. Hourly rate is £11.44 p.h. which may increase following successful completion of a probationary period.
As a production operative you will be asked to carry out the following duties:
- Working on a fast-paced production line within a busy environment
- Carrying out quality checks on finished products
- Working with other members of the team
- Communicating effectively with the group
- Working to strict company deadlines and targets
- Adhering to all Good Manufacturing Practice/Health and Safety regulations
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From £11.44 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
