In this role, you'll be working towards your IT Support Technician Level 3 qualification, delivered by our esteemed training team at Baltic Apprenticeships. Get ready to immerse yourself in a hands-on learning experience that will shape your future.
**A Day in the Life**:
- Provide first-line support and assist users and customers via our helpdesk, ensuring all jobs are logged promptly
- Carry out any necessary technician duties as required by the team
- Actively promote and advocate the invaluable work of our IT Services team
- Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve technical issues with confidence and precision
