Exam Invigilator

My client based in the Wandsworth area of London is currently seeking an exam Invigilator to cover a short term booking which will start immediately.

I am therefore seeking an individual who has done Invigilating before and holds an invigilator certificate. You must be capable of supervising students, hold a current enhanced clear DBS and be available to cover this role at short notice.

This role will involve:

- Being on hand to ensure exams are taken in a comfortable environment.
- Supporting Students, helping them find their seats and to answer any questions.
- Give announcements before exams start.
- Monitoring the student’s attendance and behaviour in the examination room
- Ensuring compliance with procedures and regulations are followed.
- Completion of any forms relating to incidents.
- Attendance of any briefing meetings before each set of examination period starts
