**ROLE**:
Due to our growth plans we have a fantastic opportunity for an Inbound Coordinator to join our logistics team. Working in a team of three, the role is key in the oversight of operational planning, execution and continuous improvement plans of both MatchesFashion UK Distribution centre and EU intake centre. The role will also provide exposure to the Freight Forwarding, Compliance & Commercial aspects of MatchesFashion as well as supporting both Operations Managers with projects within the MatchesFashion strategic roadmap.

**ABOUT YOU**:

- You will have excellent attention to detail and be capable in providing fast and accurate information.

- Be quick to act and have a proactive approach to all tasks undertaken.

- Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders of all levels across the business (verbal and written), explaining complex issues and processes in a clear and concise manner.
- Confidence to be able to openly speak and hold meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to develop strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Take an analytical and critical thinking approach to problem solving
- Have excellent Microsoft Excel skills to analyse trends and drive accurate insights
- Proficient in writing SQL queries preferred.
- Demonstrate experience of working in a fast-paced operational environment individually and as part of a professional team.
- Ability to coordinate changing priorities, understand 'what good looks like', and capable of planning and multi-tasking to complete assignments.
- Demonstrate a solution focused approach to analysing challenges and issues as they arise - think "Out the Box" if a tangible benefit can be gained.
- Previous experience in Inbound, stock and inventory management functions preferred but non essential.
- Demonstrate an understanding of retail logistics priorities;
- Passion for driving excellent standards and service;
- Be comfortable working in a matrix style, reporting to multiple leads.
- Supply Chain experience in a fashion and ecommerce environment is desired but not essential.

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**:

- Support the MatchesFashion Operations Managers in making data driven decisions to prioritise activities supporting smooth day to day inbound and stock operations.
- To be the key point of contact for the day to day running of all Inbound & Inventory Operations through the MatchesFashion Distribution Centre
- Working Closely with 3PL DC Managers to ensure planning & execution of daily activities inline with KPIs, costs, stock reporting & stock counts
