**RATE OF PAY - **£18 - £20p/hr

**TYPE - **Temporary

**EXPECTED DURATION - **Ongoing

**INDUSTRY -** Construction

**WORKING HOURS -** 45 hours paid per week Monday to Friday

**BRIEF**
Leggwork is working with a leading construction company who specialise is listed building renovations around Burford. They are looking for an operative who lives locally, can drive and has basic hand tools. Works will vary between basic carpentry, painting and decorating, groundworks and general building works.

**WHAT WILL BE EXPECTED OF ME?**
- Basic carpentry
- Snagging
- Painting & Decorating
- Signage
- Other handyman duties requested from the site team.

**WHAT WILL I NEED?**
- Basic Hand tools
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a handyman
- Working reference
- Checkable work history
