**Neighbourhood Housing Officer**

**Public Sector - Local Authority**

**Full Time - Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week**

**Temporary Role - 3 months with likely extension**

**£19.30 per hour PAYE / £25.36 per hour Umbrella**

This role is based in Hanwell. Officers are expected in office on Mondays and Thursdays with addtional days to conduct site visits as and when required.

Our client are seeking an individual who is:

- Experienced in dealing with both Income Collection AND Tenancy Management
- Committed and willing to travel to Hanwell 2 to 4 times a week
- Confident, able to work well within a team and able to hit the ground running with mínimal supervision however training can and will be offered
