Westlakes Recruit are currently recruiting for an experienced Executive assistant on a permanent basis, to be located in Cockermouth/remote.

**Executive Assistant - SALARY 25 K**

We are recruiting for a Executive Assistant to provide assistance to our headhunting team so that they can fulfil their daily business responsibilities. Duties include administrative tasks such as planning and scheduling events, handling correspondence and managing personal calendars.

**Duties and responsibilities**

Acting as the first point of contact for the team you will need to perform the following duties and responsibilities:

- Scheduling appointments and organising diary entries
- Setting reminders for meetings, appointments and other important tasks
- Making travel and hotel arrangements
- Planning conferences, workshops, seminars and other events
- Taking notes at meetings, preparing the minutes and subsequently distributing to all participants
- Liaising with other members of staff and external parties such as clients
