I am delighted to be working a returning client of mine who are an established market leader in specialised IT solutions. This time I am on the hunt for a PR & Events Coordinator to work within an all-encompassing PR and events role. You will be workingclosely with the Marketing and Communications Manager to manage a series of programmes and campaigns.

Additional duties will include:

- Lead the planning and organising of exhibitions, conferences and product user groups in a timely fashion, professionally and within budget
- Lead with the delivery of events in support of the brand and company communications strategy
- Support project planning and budget preparation
- Help ensure deadlines are met and budgets managed efficiently
- Support the development of effective PR channels to market
- Help manage the information and services through the company website
- Stay up to date with daily news, online sources and social media to identify hot topics and PR opportunities
- Work with agencies and contractors to generate news stories and PR hooks targeting key national, trade and regional press
- Build and maintain accurate media lists
- Track and report media coverage
