Hales are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Coordinator for their well established Electronics Manufacturer based in Great Yarmouth.

Duties include:
Booking of Export shipments via the various carrier portals (TNT, DHL, FedEx, UPS), previous experience would be beneficial.

Providing shipment information for Imports and export to shipping agents working on behalf of the company and it’s customers around the world.

Booking onto stock incoming shipments of products from the various manufacturing sites around the world.

Previous experience of using an ERP system would be beneficial.

Recording of import and export shipments for the purpose of Government packaging requirements.

Responsibility for the sourcing and supplying of samples to UK customers. Knowledge of electrical connectors would be beneficial although product training will be given.

Helping the Warehouse Manager with the day to day running of the Warehouse.

Experience of Microsoft office essential.
