**Talent Acquisition Coordinator**

**Job Purpose**

**Key Accountabilities**
- Managing all employee onboarding, including preparing and sending offer letters, contracts of employment and all background checks
- Ensuring the HR System is kept up to date and that documentation is prepared and filed appropriately
- Monitor and ensure that local induction and on boarding processes are followed
- Maintain both hard copy and electronic employee records in accordance with departmental standards
- Manage the recruitment system and ensure all vacancies are up to date
- Support the team in ad-hoc project work
- Provides support to the wider TA team ensuring all processes run effectively
- Prepares documents, presentations, reporting and MI for the TA team
- Provides feedback and recommendations to support continuous improvement
- Assist in creation and publishing of job adverts and job descriptions
- Performance Management Accountabilities

- Take accountability for participating in the performance management cycle
- Participate fully as a team member and contribute to the improved performance of the team

**Preferred**
- Experience in Human Resources or business operations
