**Role Description**

***
To ensure compliance with all company procedures and to assist the supervisors and managers in all areas of management and ensure efficient performance of despatch, while working closely with cartoning to reduce shortages. Asst Supervisor takes full responsibility to ensure that the despatch operational problems are dealt with quickly and efficiently.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Adherence to Health & Safety at work.
- Ensure daily case pick rate is achieved and maximised.
- Ensure correct MLOR stock rotation is carried out during picking.
- Ensure daily customer orders are picked in full and shortages reported.
- Ensure daily rollover stock is utilised correctly.
- Ensure daily waste stock is reported.
- Be proactive and communicate potential issues affecting customer despatch to Supervisor.
- Ensure all despatch areas are clean and tidy.
- Ensure pallets are correctly shrink wrapped.
- Assist in loading and unloading of trailers.
- Ensure pallets are correctly and safely stored in chillier.
- To make sure all staff PPE is worn

**Skills and Experience***
- English and Numerical skill should be able to speak and understand.
- Use by dates and depot dates. Maintaining product temperature.
- Managing people, hit kpi targets. Hard Working, Flexible, quick to solve problems.
