- Register applicants
- Organise and attend viewings and market appraisals
- Liaise and negotiate between tenants and landlords
- Arrange and agree lets
- Build and maintain excellent working relationships with tenants and landlords
- Canvass for new business opportunities
- Achieve pre-agreed targets

The Individual:

- Strong track record of meeting and exceeding targets
- Self-motivation with a ‘can do’ attitude
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience is lettings
- Professional, positive, ambitious and enthusiastic approach

Full UK driving licence is essential
