**Interim Financial Controller - 6 months - inside IR35**
Robert Half is delighted to be partnering with an ambitious PLC, who are looking for a financial controller to lead the small finance teams for one of their sites in Gloucester.
Leading the transactional finance team, you will be responsible for review and redesign of processes, implementing new financial controls and leading on the group reporting for the site. This role is for a period of around six months with 70% onsite throughoutthe assignment.
**Key Deliverables**
- Improving processes; aligning the site with group reporting standards
- Partnering with external auditors across year end
- Cashflow monitoring and forecasting
- Review and production of the monthly management accountants
**Your Profile**
- A qualified accountant
- Experience of process improvement
- Experience of managing a small team
**Length of Contract**
Around six months
**Start Date**
ASAP
**Pay**
To be paid on a daily rate basis, this role sits inside IR35
