Flexo Plate Mounter

**Job description**

Arrow Film Converters Ltd is a fast growing company in the Flexible Packaging market, providing High Definition Printed Packaging into to the food sector.

We are currently looking for a plate mounter to join our rapidly growing team.

**The Role**: Main duties will include but are not restricted to:

- Identify correct plates from information on system.
- Identify correct sleeves and tapes from information
- Set plate position on sleeve, and use cameras to locate and place microdots on all plates required for the job.
- Can lay plates evenly across and around sleeve, keeping correct position and alignment to avoid mis-register at printing stage.
- Correctly return used plates to plate packs and to plate stage
- Highly organised.
- Experience in a similar role **_essential._**:

- Very good attention to detail.
- Ability to think outside the box/Cover all areas

**Salary**: £11.50-£12.81 per hour

Schedule:

- 12 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
- Overtime
