Beacon Foods require Night Production Operatives to join our growing team.

Working 40 hours per week with the production team across different departments, you will tasked with a variety of responsibilities which include:

- Production: preparing mixes for the cooks ensuring all ingredients are ready for the cooking process to begin across our range of kettles, brat pans, chargrills and ovens.
- Packing, racking up and getting the products ready to chill within the desired specifications and packing the products to each of our customers requirements.
- Ensure all tasks are carried out in manner where efficiency is optimised, keeping waste to a minimum.
- React quickly to any problems that may disrupt production.
- Report any problems that could affect production to immediate manager.
- Complete paperwork accurately, timely and ensure strict compliance to traceability where necessary.
- Carry out hygiene tasks as required to maintain a clean and safe working environment following the "clean as you go policy" and walk away standards.
- Guaranteeing that quality, environmental and Health and Safety standards are continuously met.
- Compliance with food safety rules and regulations.
- Carry out multi-skill tasks as and when required in accordance with training and CBT.
- Any other reasonable duties as required.

Previous experience in manufacturing is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided including L2 Food Safety Certification.

Our night production team work a Sunday - Thursday shift 22.00 - 06.00am

**Salary**: From £23,840.00 per year
