Ashbrook is a registered care home with 9 beds and currently we have 7 lovely people residing with us who receive support from our friendly kind staff team, we would love you to join the team.

We are looking to hire committed and compassionate staff to join our friendly, professional team, whether you have experience or not:
Staff, with NVQ 2 and experience welcomed, however, if you are looking to make a positive impact on the people’s lives that live with us but have no experience within the care industry, we still want to hear from you to give you the opportunity to join us as full training is provided. We will offer NVQ upon passing of probation.

**Responsibilities and Duties**

Our staff, support adults with mental ill-health conditions and learning disabilities in a care home environment, including supporting with daily living skill development, personal care, community-based activities, and working with some behaviors which may present as challenging.

Our clients require care 24/7 therefore weekend work is required but a shared responsibility to give you some free weekend time, this ensures our clients always receive the support that they need. Shift patterns are 7.5 hours on a 37.5 hour contract. We can offer part-time contracts with the opportunity of an enhanced rate over time although this is not mandatory.

Driving an advantage but not essential

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £9.85-£10.85 per hour
