We're looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who's a great all-rounder - someone who wants to join a growing business and make their mark in a B2B Recruitment environment.
With a strong passion for all things digital and analytical, you'll be ready to hit the ground running and demonstrate how you can improve on performance across all digital channels including search, website, social, display and retargeting.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

- Working closely with the Head of Marketing to develop and implement a marketing plan across all digital channels to drive lead generation and enquiries for the Sales teams.
- Day to day management of group company websites.
- Social media planning and implementation in conjunction with the Head of Marketing across all social channels.
- Identifying emerging digital channels and recommending best practice.
- Owning the CRM, tracking and monitoring all digital channels reporting on digital activity and campaigns.
- Regular tracking and reporting of all core competitor activity across digital channels
- To create engaging and on-brand content and copy for digital and offline channels and work with 3rd party agencies as required.
- Working with the marketing and sales team to create and implement multi-channel campaigns
- Implementing user experience testing plans in conjunction with the Head of Marketing.
- Project managing any digital projects and initiatives, liaising closely with internal IT / Developer teams.
- Have at least 2 years digital marketing experience
- Experience in a B2B sector would be beneficial but not essential
- Be proficient in Google Analytics and Google Console and have strong reporting and analysis capabilities
- Experience using social media posting platforms would be desirable
- Understanding of HTML
- Strong knowledge of Google AdWords, Microsoft AdCenter and display advertising platforms in LinkedIn
- Experience using Google Forms and Survey Monkey would be desirable
- Intermediate level in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Be results driven
- Be a team player willing to adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Have the ability to work within budget and tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
