Position Overview:
As a Waiter/Waitress at our restaurant, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our guests have a memorable dining experience. Your friendly demeanour, attention to detail, and dedication to exceptional service will contribute to our restaurant's success and reputation. **Responsibilities**:

- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Present menus and explain daily specials.
- Take food and beverage orders and relay them accurately to the kitchen.
- Serve food and drinks promptly and accurately.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on them throughout their meal.
- Clear tables and maintain clean restaurant areas.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests with tact and professionalism.
- Assist in preparing the restaurant for service and closing duties.
- Process payments.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance the guest experience.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items and beverage offerings.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards.
- Provide an exceptional level of service that reflects our restaurant's values.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a restaurant setting.
- A willingness to learn about our menu and passion for Mediterranean cuisine is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to make the most common drinks and cocktails.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Flexibility in working evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Fluent in English.

Pay: £25,000.00-£31,000.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 45 per week
