Rupert Sanderson is a dynamically growing luxury shoe business. Our success is built on hiring and developing the best people. We are looking for an experienced full time Sales Advisor to join our team.

Rupert Sanderson founded his eponymous company in London in 2001. Rupert has stores located in Bicester Village & Bruton Place in Mayfair and his shoes are available in over 100 department and specialist stores in fashion capitals around the world.

A distinctive daffodil gold-coloured nameplate makes any Rupert Sanderson shoe instantly identifiable. But there is much more to his shoes than this. Whether it’s a sandal, boot, platform, ballerina, or a bestseller like ‘Nada’ featuring his signature Pebble on the front, all his creations have a soft, comfortable insole and a definite signature that’s clean, precise and sophisticated. Rupert Sanderson shoes are coveted by all sorts of savvy women, be they bankers or film stars, who equate his shoes with the finer things in life.

**Responsibilities**:

- Welcome and serve customers, providing an excellent in-store experience at all times.
- Demonstrate brand and product knowledge and keep up to date with the luxury environment and competitors.
- Be aware of and work towards daily sales targets.
- Maintain and develop client relationships.
- Gather client’s CRM details to build our the client book.
- Deal effectively with customer queries and after sales care.
- Efficiently follow till, stock and sale procedures.
- Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandise standards.
- Assist in the day to day running of the stockroom.

What we offer:

- Personal monthly sales commission.
- Shoe uniform allowance.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:
