**What will your day be like?**

You'll support three young men; Ben, Joe and Gary*, who live gloriously ordinary lives in their home located in Abingdon. A lot of the fun happens on the move, so you must be a driver with a manual licence so that you can get involved with all of the fun Your ability to drive unlocks the opportunities for these young men to do the things they really enjoy.

Ben* has a great sense of humour and is full of chat and banter, although he needs some peace and quiet as well. He's a good swimmer and enjoys swimming with other people. He enjoys train travel, shopping and he’s a fast walker Ben would love someone to join and support him with all of these fun things He will definitely keep you busy

Joe* knows his own mind and how he wants to live his life, which includes a love of music. If you are a music lover, Joe would love to meet you you could entertain his house mates together

Gary* is a beautiful, warm human being who loves horses, nature and art, if you like the same sort of things, how great would it be to join Gary and share your interests together

If Ben, Joe and Gary* haven't managed to persuade you by now, which I am sure they have there's more

If you have little or no previous experience in care, we still want to hear from you we will provide you with an extensive care training package whilst you are getting to know and work with these amazing young men. If you care about having a positive impact on the people you work with, if you think you can be part of a team who will work together to create a warm, cosy and fulfilling home environment for Ben, Joe and Gary* we want to hear from you today.

You'll receive a competitive salary of £11.60 per hour and a range of benefits including access to the valuable Blue Light discount card.

We will require you to work a minimum of 4-5 days per week so that you become a consistent and reliable member of Ben, Joe and Gary's* extended family and you'll take your turn on a rota which includes days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
- " I started a career in domiciliary care as I wanted to help people. It was frustrating having to walk away from people who needed my support. I'm glad I have discovered MacIntyre and the chance to go home happy at the end of a shift knowing that I have made a difference" Feedback at a recent MacIntyre careers event_
