Opus Vitae are actively recruiting for a **Sales Administrator **for our client based in the Shifnal area who are a leading supplier of heating equipment. The role will involve a range of duties from general communications with customers, to processing orders, and liaising with suppliers.
**Working Hours**: Monday - Friday, day shifts, 8:30am - 5pm,
**Salary**: £26,000 - £30,000 per annum, dependent upon experience.
**Experience we are looking for...**
- **Minimum of 2 -3 years experience within sales administration essential**:
- Experience with industry software such as Xero, Hubspot CMR or similar
- Proficient in data entry, word processing and spreadsheet software - Excel/Google Sheets
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive under pressure to keep up with the demands of working in an ambitious, expanding company
**Your Daily Responsibilities will include...**
- Receiving and processing purchase orders.
- Verifying orders, including customers' personal information and payment details.
- Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
- Expediting orders through internal liaison.
- Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments.
- Identifying new products to add to those on offer.
- Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.
- Dispatching orders and arranging delivery with customers
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Shifnal, Shropshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Sales administration: 2 years (required)
