**You will be joining a great team and can receive intensive coffee training to ensure you are ready to meet our coffee standards.**

**DETAIL OF ROLE**

1. Make and deliver exceptional quality drinks

2. Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with customers

3. Be responsible for cash handling, banking and use EPOS system effectively

4. Keep high standards of personal cleanliness and appearance

5. Maintain high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in the workplace

6. Work across the Silver Oak Coffee team to help ensure the smooth running of the business

7. Work with all team members to ensure great communication and efficient working

8. Adhere to all recipe and presentation standards

9. Report all equipment failure and hazards upon detection

10. Ensure stock rotation and wastage is kept to a minimum

11. Keep Food Safety knowledge up to date and conform to all health/food safety codes of practice and COSHH regulations

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,500.00-£24,000.00 per year
