Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated Server to join our team at a bustling restaurant in the heart of Galashiels. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for our guests.

**Duties**:

- Greet customers warmly and escort them to their tables
- Present menus and take orders
- Serve food and beverages promptly
- Check on customers to ensure satisfaction with their meals
- Clear tables efficiently and reset them for the next guests
- Handle payments and operate the cash register
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely food delivery

**Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Server or in a similar customer service role
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety guidelines
- Ability to work well in a team environment and provide help where needed
- Proficiency in basic maths for handling bills and payments
