**Bookkeeper**

Kenneth Brian Associates are proud to be recruiting on behalf of an excellent company based in Esher. They are looking to hire a Bookkeeper to join their dynamic team and take full ownership of all transactional accounts up to trial balance.

**Duties and Responsibilities will Include**:

- Performing bank reconciliations, credit control, and process expense claims.
- Reconciling company credit cards and process VAT returns.
- Handling monthly payroll and assist with year-end accounts.
- Ensure timely invoicing and submission to client portals.
- Management of suppliers and ensuring timely payment of invoices
- Assisting with debt collection and preparation of management accounts.
- Monitor profitability of products and services.
- Assist other departments, handle bookings, and assist with recruitment.
- Ensure timely invoicing and follow ups
- General adhoc tasks

**To be successful you'll possess**:

- AAT qualified with experience in Xero. (Desirable)
- Confident in using Microsoft Excel
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Excellent communicator, both in person and on the phone.
- Self-motivated, responsible, and supportive to colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and part of a team.
- Quick learner and eager to take on new challenges.

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£33,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
