The Resourcer role plays a key part in our business as you will be working closely with Recruitment Consultants on their vacancies to help find the best person available for these roles. This is the best opportunity to start your career in the world of Recruitment

What will the apprentice be doing?
- Working on vacancies passed to you by experienced recruitment consultants
- Managing the full life cycle of a job - from initial qualification to placement
- Liaising with clients and businesses
- General administration tasks
- Assisting your team
- Use of social media platforms, including LinkedIn

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

REC Level 2 Recruitment Resourcer Standard, which includes:

- Functional Skills Level 2 in maths and English if required
- Excellent Work Experience
- End-Point Assessment (EPA)
- L2 Certificate in Recruitment Resourcing (CertRR)
- Access to REC E-Learning Materials
- You will be assigned a personal tutor to help guide you through your apprenticeship and your training will be 100% completed in the workplace

There is a full-time role available at the end of this position with options to move into three different career paths:

- Delivery Consultant - this is working in higher level and more complex roles, with no sales or business development
- Recruitment Consultant - picking up vacancies, business development, and working your own roles
- Business Development Manager - purely a business development role where you are picking up roles to be worked by delivery consultants & resourcers

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £16,000.00-£18,000.00 per year
