Interim HR Consultant

My client is a Dover based organisation looking to recruit an interim HR consultant to join the team at a peak time.
The main purpose of the role is assist the HRD and wider HR team on a number of interventions, ensuring that they are able to maintain their ‘business as usual’ approach.In particular, you will be responsible for assisting and supporting line managers ona wide range of employee relations cases.You’ll also look at a range of HR processes and approaches, at a time of planned future expansion and ensure that they are fit for purpose.Assessment of training and development requirements across the organisation,to include looking planned objectives, outcomes and techniques, will also form a large part of the role.
An experienced HR professional will be required for this role, who can certainly demonstrate experience of these areas.The role is expected to be 3-4 months long and although could be a full time post, there are both reduced hours / days and flexible workingoptions available.
