We are looking to recruit a Storeperson / Workshop Assistant for a 6 week contract starting ASAP.

**Main duties and responsibilities**
- Complying with requirements of handling, storage and preservation procedure;
- Ensuring all products are preserved from receipt to supply;
- Responsible for ensuring the safe handling and storage of equipment within the facility;
- Responsible for ensuring all COSHH items are controlled;
- Responsible for preparing and packaging items for shipment internationally and within UK.
- Complying with requirements of companies Goods In process;
- Responsible for accepting and the receipt of all goods received into facility;
- Responsible for processing accepted goods following QA inspection to designated areas.
- Adherence to stock control process;
- Accountable for all stock movements and record keeping;
- Consistently adhere to stock requisition and movement practices;
- Responsible for processing all stock requestions in a timely manner;
- Kitting up parts for manufacturing according to pick lists / bill of materials (BOM’s) and recording;
- Assisting with stock counting when required;
- Assisting the Production Manager with inventory reconciliation.

**Applicants to this role require**
- Full driving licence (essential).
- Forklift certificate.
- Overhead Crane Training.
