We are seeking enthusiastic people to join us who could fulfil this role and be part of an amazing team.
We are looking for an imaginative and creative practitioner who shares an enthusiasm for delivering play-based, memorable, and educational outdoor experiences for children, no matter the weather In fact, getting muddy is part of the job
- Contribute as part of a team to the provision of a quality early learning and childcare service for children aged 2-5 years and their families.
- Work to the principles of the national care standards for early education and childcare and abide by the Code of Practice for Social Service Workers.
- Promote and develop positive working relationships with parents, children and team members. Ensuring communication is clear and concise.
- Keep up to date with latest practice, adhering to policies, procedures and relevant legislation.
- To be reliable, hardworking, honest, with a good sense of humour ensuring a delivery of high quality of care and learning.
- To be confident using digital technology to ensure all relevant information is uploaded, monitored and evaluated.
Required qualification: HNC or equivalent
Preferred qualification: BA Childhood Practice or Graduate PDA Childhood Practice at SCQF Level 9 (currently undertaking relevant course or willingness to undertake)
Wage starting at £11.50 per hour
Part-Time and Supply available.
Organisation: Heads of Ayr Nursery.
Position Type: Part-time and Supply available
Hours: Typically up to 3 days a week / 8 hours per day.

Expected hours: 16 - 32 per week
