We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Support workers to join our dynamic team.

- Ensure compliance with legislation/policies and procedures.
- Complete care plans and risk assessments.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and excellence.
- Support clients to reach their goals, engage in the community, support with medical appointments and daily tasks.
- To work with other care professionals.
- Attend review meetings.
- Developing positive relationships with clients and whilst maintaining boundaries.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Extensive knowledge of mental health conditions.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of person centred care and best practice.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 16 per week
