Vetro Social Care is actively seeking experienced Learning Disability Support Workers to work within an award-winning service located in Haverfordwest. The service is a bespoke specialist service for people with spectrum conditions & associated complex needs. You will be assisting individuals through a care pathway to help them live as independently as possible.

**PLEASE NOTE: PBM or TEAM TEACH are ESSENTIAL for this role**

**Overview**:

- Title: Learning Disability Support Worker

- Shifts: Flexible pattern available, pick and choose the shifts you want -Pay: £11.09 (including holiday pay)

**The role**:
What you’ll be doing as a Learning Disability Support Worker

You will provide therapeutic care and support to individuals with autistic spectrum conditions and associated complex needs which include observing, monitoring, and keeping a record of their conditions, treating each person with dignity, compassion, and honesty. You will be helping with their Progression through a care pathway to live as independently as possible. You will have the full support of a team of multi-disciplinary professionals.

What you’ll need to be successful as a Learning Disability Support Worker
- A desire to create positive outcomes for young people with Learning disabilities -Driver with access to own vehicle is desirable
- Empathetic, caring and resilient nature
- At least 6 months experience of working within a social care setting -Hold a current Enhanced DBS on the update service or are willing to obtain one -The right to work in the UK

Part-time hours: 20-48 per week

**Salary**: From £11.09 per hour

Day range:

- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
- Weekends only

- Residential home

Shift:

- 12 hour shift
- Day shift
- Night shift
- Overnight shift
