We are looking to recruit a hard working, attentive & physically fit individual to join our busy team. Must be reliable and willing to do a range of tasks. This will include reactive fabric repairs to commercial/farm buildings. Replacement/repair roof works.

Covering all general groundwork’s, concrete, drainage & tarmac. Work within a school environment, including fencing& groundworks. Must be willing to travel through the county using a supplied works vehicle. Please note - we do not do garden maintenance/ soft landscaping. Previous experience would be an advantage but not essential.
- Cscs card Essential
- Drivers License Essential
- Self employed/employed
- Non licensed asbestos ticket would be an advantage
- DBS check required

**Salary**: Hourly rate will depend on qualifications & experience held.

**Salary**: £21,500.00-£40,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

- Performance bonus

- Construction & Extraction Occupations: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- CSCS (required)
- Driving Licence (required)
