**The Role**:
As a Senior Graphic Designer, you'll shape our brand's visual identity through innovative and compelling design, communicating our brand's values, products, and promotions effectively.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Creative Design**: Conceptualize and execute visually appealing designs for various marketing materials - print collateral, digital assets, social media content, and promotional materials.
**2. Brand Consistency**: Ensure design elements' consistency, maintaining the integrity of our brand identity across all touchpoints.
**4. Print Collateral**: Create print materials such as brochures, flyers, catalogues, and signage for our store locations.
**5. Team Collaboration**: Work closely with marketing and product teams, delivering creative solutions that meet business goals.
**6. Quality Assurance**: Ensure all design materials meet high-quality standards, ready for production or publication.
**7. Project Management**: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and budgets.

**About You**:

- Proven experience as a graphic designer with a portfolio showcasing your skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools.
- Strong understanding of design principles.
- Experience in both print and digital design.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, taking creative direction and feedback effectively.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Passion for design and a keen eye for emerging trends.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment.
- Experience with furniture or home living brands is a plus.
