**Helpdesk Scheduler**
**Location Worthing**
**Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm**
**Temp to Perm**
**£12.50ph**:

- Our client is a large facilities management company currently working on a high-profile contract. They are looking to appoint helpdesk scheduler to join their team._
Day to day duties for the Helpdesk scheduler will include (not limited to):

- Handling inbound and outbound calls
- Logging jobs and allocating work to engineers
- Prioritising work as appropriate and efficiently
- Chase up outstanding reports from engineers & clients etc
- Working towards SLAs
- Manage the completion process once works are carried out
- Ensure compliance and procedures are followed as directed
- Other ad hoc administrative duties as required
