Posturite Ltd are a leading provider of ergonomic solutions in the workplace helping thousands of clients improve the health, happiness, and productivity of their employees through a range of solutions.

We are looking for applicants with a Sports Related degree which includes study of physiology & the workings of the human body who lives in the Bagshot/Surrey area.

This role involves supporting our Regional Sales Teams in achieving the company sales targets by acting as a first point of contact for our clients and building strong relationships.

Applicants will need to drive with access to a vehicle to conduct occasional client visits.

**Duties**:

- To act as the second point of contact for our Key accounts and attending meetings with Senior Account Managers taking away and dealing with action points & issues
- Follow up quotes Regionally to conclusion
- Act as first point of contact for smaller accounts, actioning any enquiries and dealing with quotes ensuring they are cross referenced with existing clients
- Become a product expert organising demonstration sessions for clients with our Assessors and advising on their accounts
- Use and participate in marketing initiatives via Sales Manager/Regional Manager to deliver sales/margin targets
- Liaise with the marketing team and Sales Managers to manage and analyse new leads into the business
- Support Senior Account Managers, UK Sales Director and Sales Managers in increasing sales
- Support strategies to increase business with the forthcoming tranche of sectors
- Undertake specific allocated project work
- To meet agreed sales targets by promoting products and maximizing opportunities to increase business
- Maintain a strong relationship with all accounts and build rapport with relevant contacts
- Manage all accounts effectively to best deliver sales/margin targets
- Assist in building strong relationships with key accounts through regular contact promoting Posturite in a positive light at all times
- Develop and maintain relationships with all parts of the business to gain a greater understanding of mutual goals and objectives and enhanced cross-team support
- Accurately monitor and report on all activities entering all information onto the Corporate CRM system to provide relevant Management Information. Provide written reports as necessary
